The ancient Greek myth of Jason and the Argonauts is still famous thousands of years after its creation because of its timeless themes. The OSU Department of Theatre is putting those on display with a presentation of Argonautika: The Voyage of Jason and the Argonauts from Thursday through Sunday.

Oklahoma State University’s College of Arts and Sciences honored 25 of its most successful alumni Sept. 27 during the 2019 CAS Distinguished Alumni & Hall of Fame Ceremony at the Wes Watkins Center for International Trade & Development. Ardoth Hassler and Dr. George Thompson were both inducted into the Hall of Fame, while Brent Butcher and Maddy Cunningham were named Rising Stars. There were also 21 Distinguished Alumni recipients.

Animation and Digital Art Exhibit brings Matrix animator to Town

Free screenings of Ken Burns’ new documentary, "Country Music"

KOSU will host three free screenings of Ken Burns’ “County Music” on Aug. 25 in Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Stillwater. The 45-minute advance screenings will provide an overview of the entire “Country Music” series and include stories about Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Vince Gill, Garth Brooks, and more.
