Checketts named Outstanding Resident of the Year in Orthopedics

OSU-COM alumnus and OSU Medicine resident Dr. Jake Checketts was named the American Osteopathic Foundation and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics’ 2024 Outstanding Resident of the Year in Orthopedics.

Dr. Jake X. Checketts, an OSU-COM alumnus and OSU Medicine resident, sits in the surgical suite in the simulation hospital at OSU Center for Health Sciences. Checketts was recently awarded the 2024 Outstanding Resident of the Year from the American Osteopathic Foundation and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
