Pistol Pete’s Propulsion Posse (P4), officially formed in September 2025, is an organization of dedicated students of all majors at OSU who are interested in jet propulsion. Graduate students who have studied under Rouser for several years are mentors in the group, while younger students are exposed to more hands-on opportunities than what was available previously.

This benefits the state, holding true to Oklahoma State University’s land-grant mission. CEAT extension impacts the professional preparedness of first responders as well as training for those who upkeep the state’s infrastructure. It also gives students valuable experience for future careers.

Spears Business student club Women in Technology gathered more than 1,100 donations for the Career Closet, a pop-up shop providing free business professional clothing for career fairs and interviews. Faculty member and WIT co-advisor Kim Strom and the resourceful students inspired the creation of a permanent campuswide Career Closet.
