Taco Tuesday, Cowboy Chef’s Table Style

The third Cowboy Chef's Table scholarship luncheon of the series' takes place Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Mother Road Market, in Tulsa. Local chefs, Lorenz Quiambao and Kirk Swaby, alongside OSU Institute of Technology School of Culinary Arts students, will showcase how versatile tacos can be.

OSUIT's history is founded on training and preparing veterans for the civilian workforce, and the university maintains that commitment today. We want to showcase our military and veteran students so we will regularly feature one of of them in our Military Appreciation series. Steve Dockray Steve Dockray is a student in the Civil Engineering Technology program and served in the Army for 10 years. He said serving in the military has helped him to stay on task and better focus on his courses and training at OSUIT.

The 38th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Banquet took place Saturday, Jan. 19, in the State Room at OSU Institute of Technology. This year’s theme “All Life Is Interrelated” is exactly what this event is all about, bringing people together. With over 120 attendees this year, it accomplished just that.
