OSU's College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology announces Hall of Fame inductees

The College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) at Oklahoma State University has announced the 2019 Hall of Fame inductees. CEAT Hall of Fame nominees must be a distinguished engineer, architect or technologist who has made an outstanding contribution to their profession or OSU and has served their community, state and nation with distinction. They should represent some of the most distinguished alumni and industry leaders associated with CEAT. The following candidates meet and exceed all criteria for the hall of fame recognition. A reception will be held in their honor on November 9, 2019.

OSU researchers team up with Continental Resources on $19.9M grant to study improved petroleum recovery from the Caney Shale in southwestern Oklahoma

A group led by Oklahoma State University (OSU) researchers and consisting of academic and industry partners have received a $19.9 million grant, to conduct research on the Caney Shale, a potential petroleum resource in south western Oklahoma. The award includes money from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and cost share from Continental Resources, the principal industry partner in the study.

Oklahoma State University Mortar Board awards four CEAT students as Top Freshmen Men and Women

A group of Tulsa researchers receives $1.9M award

A team of three Tulsa based researchers have been awarded a three year, $1.9 million contract, with $1.5 million coming from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The award was given based on their efforts on developing environmentally sustainable process for recovering oil and natural gas from unconventional shale resources.
