CIBS research project focuses on refrigerant innovations

Dr. Christian Bach, associate professor in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, is the principal investigator on two projects funded through CIBS by various industry partners, studying refrigerants with low global warming potential. Dr. Ardeshir Moftakhari, assistant professor of MAE, is the co-principal investigator on the projects.

OSU researcher develops optimization framework for electric and hybrid-electric aerial vehicles

OSU team wins emergency eVTOL aircraft design competition

A team of innovative students from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology at Oklahoma State University has won the GoAero Stage 1 of the U.S. University Innovation Award for their work in creating an emergency aircraft prototype. The competition, organized by NASA and GoAero, challenged university teams to design and develop autonomous electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for emergencies.

Feng receives OSU’s 2025 President's Fellow Faculty Research Award

Several research papers accepted into AMSE Turbo Expo

IEM professor looking to make digital twin model to improve almond production

Professor Lizhi Wang of the School of Industrial Engineering and Management at Oklahoma State University has been awarded a grant from the U.S. - Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD). In collaboration with a team of researchers from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and the Agriculture Research Organization in Israel, Wang will work on the development of a digital twin model for almond trees for this grant.
